AfrikA arrived in Canada from South Africa and made himself quite at home
AfrikA arrived from South Africa in July 2002, he stepped out of his crate and into our hearts. Unfortunately when he started teething his ears had problems, but, what he lacks in ears he more than makes up in personality. He has never met a dog or a person he doesn't like, and he makes sure everyone likes him.

AfrikA started his coursing career with a bang, he obtained his American FCh with 2 firsts, 1 second, 1 third and 1 fourth all in his first 5 trials.
On October 11, 2003 - AfrikA became a Canadian Field Champion.
2005 ended with AfrikA managing to stumble and break his elbow. He is back on the field, but he has learned how to cheat.
