Can Ch Devonair's Quiddity of Purple

Sold as a puppy and returned at 3 years old, she took one look at the house and asked if she could stay forever. Never one to question my dogs I agreed and here she still is. Q is the official greeter for the house, she hasn't met a person she doesn't like. Nick-Named Sweetie, she answers to it and is a wonderful ambassador for the breed.

Q's puppy-hood is unknown to us, the only thing we do know that she spent a lot of time learning and perfecting the art of getting groundhogs. Once at Finger Lakes Dog shows when she was being taken for a walk, all of the sudden she dove into a culvert and came up with the tail of a ground hog in her mouth. The tail was still attached to a very large, very angry groundhog. She immediately started spinning in circles slamming the groundhog's head on the ground. The ground hog never did get away and she went into the show ring without a mark on her.

Q's coursing career consists of 68 points (combined Canada and USA), and she has probably been entered in over 30 trials in her life. But, one of the last trials she was entered in, she took off running, ran right to the fence line and started hunting.

Q's Show career was somewhat better, but she really didn't like it and made sure everyone knew about it. She does have a major in the US.

The best thing Q does is sit quietly by my side while I'm watching TV or using the computer and stares at me with those big eye's, telling me thank you for keeping me and asking is it supper time yet?
